![]() Is no option to select Font, nor any option in the Borders window to modify any size other than a line thickness. When I click on "OK" I get the ."Font size must be between 1 and 409" error every time. I get there by going to the newly redesigned borders drop down menu in Excel 2011, and scroll to the bottom where I have to select "Border Options". Size, type or color of the border after they contain data I have to go to the "Format Cells" window. I can even change borders when there is content in the cell if I use one of the many options in the borders drop down if all I want is the normal thin black line in, or around, a cell, but when I try to change the I never know how much or what size the new table will be so I have to change the borders after I create the table. it is no problem to createīorders before any content is in the cell. After I import data or move groupings of data I usually need to format that data into a new table of information.
